Artistic Statement

I’m inspired by the quiet moments in life — the ones that ask me to listen for what I cannot yet hear.

My work grows from that space, where presence, tenderness, and mystery meet, and where the natural world feels deeply connected to our own human stories.

Australia’s luminous landscapes and the timeless poetry of Persia both shape my artistic voice. These two worlds speak through colour, light, and emotion, and I follow their rhythm as I paint.

I work in mixed media, building each piece through colour, texture, and intuitive mark‑making. Some details appear quietly, while others come from bold, confident movements. Together they create a gentle balance between calm and energy.

Through my artwork I invite people to slow down, look a little closer, and find something new - and in doing so, reconnect with a sense of presence — a moment where they can breathe, notice, and feel more connected to themselves and the world around them.

My paintings reflect what it feels like to be alive — carrying memory, embracing change, and sensing our place within the living world. At the heart of my practice is a belief that art can awaken wonder and deepen our sense of belonging.
